Welcome to our closed loop philosophy.

We understand that your style may change and evolve. We tailored a solution just for you. If you are finished with your NORDEN jacket after three or more years, you can return it to us, we will repair and donate it on your behalf to someone who needs it. If the coat is beyond repair, we will send it to our partner, TerraCycle, where it will be 100% recycled. 

In return, we will offer you 30% off on your new NORDEN jacket.

Sustainability is at our core, so it’s important for us to offer full-circle solutions that prevent your coat from ending up in landfills. No matter where you bought your Norden coat—on our site or through another retailer—we make it easy to participate in our program.

Online Purchase - If you bought your jacket on NordenProject.com, you’ll receive an email reminding you that your coat is eligible for our full-circle program. It’s completely up to you, if you’d like to keep the coat for longer or are ready to purchase a new one.

In-store Purchase - If you bought your jacket in-store, please keep a copy or photo of your receipt in order to be able to participate in our full-circle program. Once it's been three or more years, simply reach out to us via email with the proof of purchase.

How it Works

  • Name
  • Address

2. Receive your Full-Circle shipping kit
3. Send us your coat! We cover the cost of your shipment.
4. Once we receive your coat, we’ll send you a promo code to use on our site*
5. Pick your new Norden coat online

    Where is my coat going?
    Your coat will be repurposed and given to someone in need. Your donated coat must be in a wearable state. The purpose of this program is to help those in need. Once we receive the garment, it will be cleaned and repaired before being donated to the Welcome Hall Mission in Montréal. 

    *Valid on regular priced products over $300. Online only. Cannot be combined with any other promotion.
