Shipping and Returns
Shipping is free for orders over $100 across Canada and the United States. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Orders under $100 are subject to a $8.99 flat rate shipping for Canada and USA.
All orders are shipped on business days from Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the order has been sent. This email will contain your tracking number where you will find updates on the status of your delivery.
Delivery times vary from 3-5 business days.
Please note that we do not accommodate international deliveries for the moment.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 21 days of the delivery date*. The item must be un-used and shipped with the original tags. Please note, this does not apply to any final sale items.
To return your product:
- Complete the return form that is inserted in your package.
- Use the re-usable Norden eco-enclose shipping bag to pack the garment.
- Apply the pre-paid label on the shipping bag received with your order.
- Drop-off your return to your nearest Canada Post mailbox or Counter.
Once received, please allow up to 14 business days for the money to be reimbursed on your credit card.
USA returns, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your return label.
*Please note that all items marked as ‘Final Sale’ are not subject to a refund. They can be exchanged for another size or style available. A 15$ flat restocking fee will be charged.
*As of April 1st 2022, all items in the 'Winter Sale' collection are a final sale. These items are not eligible for a refund or an exchange. No exceptions.
We do not accept returns on any final sale items. No exceptions. During our sale events, any items discounted at 30% off and above are considered a final sale. These items are clearly indicated on the product pages in the description. Final sale items are not eligible for refunds. They can only be exchanged. A 15$ flat restocking fee will be charged. Please not exchanges will not be permitted on items in the 'Winter Sale' collection as of April 1st, 2022.
All items purchased during sale events, are eligible for a ONE time price adjustment in the form of an online gift card only. In the event of a subsequent mark down, orders will not be eligible for a second price adjustment.
During regular season - All items purchased are eligible for a ONE time price adjustment if the item goes on sale, within 7 days of the order being placed, in the form of an online gift card only. In the event of a subsequent mark down, orders will not be eligible for a second price adjustment.
You can exchange your item within 21 days from the delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging, with all labels and un-used. Size exchanges are processed at no-charge.
To exchange an item, you have two options:
- If you wish to have your replacement jacket faster, you are welcome to place a new order and we will refund your original order upon receipt of you returned jacket.
- If you would like to proceed with an exchange. Please email us a picture or a scan of your return form so we can reserve your replacement jacket. We will then confirm the availability of the jacket and proceed with the exchange once we receive your return.
