All our products are made with best in class materials.

Norden is committed to repair or replace all products with material/workmanship defects. The warranty is void on all damages caused by neglect, improper use, wear & tear. Inappropriate storage, bad care or accidental breaking.

In order for a Return to be called into action, your product must be registered. Furthermore, you must contact and receive an authorized Return # at info@betternarrative.com.

Your registration # and the return form must be filled out and included with the return.

All in store purchases must be returned to point of purchase. All online purchases can be returned for exchange or refund, as long as they are in perfect condition, never worn, washed and include hangtag, reusable water bottle and flashlight.

For exchange or refund of online purchased items, you must, within 14 days following ship date, return the article in its original garment bag with the above mentioned requirements. Your package must include the copy of the invoice or order # and the completed return form.

All Returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured. To avoid delays, the Return Authorization # must be clearly visible on the outside of the box.

We will not accept packages with freight collect.
